Sizes refer to size of work when framed, not to the size of the image. Works on paper include a mat and backing board. Shipping, handling, insurance and taxes are additional. Discounts are available in many circumstances. Ask! *To buy art from this web site:* I do it the old-fashioned way -- personally. Contact me at myarcadia@juno.com to confirm availability of item and method of payment. This process may take a few days, since I do it by hand. If you pay by check or money order: Artwork will be shipped to you after your funds have been confirmed and deposited into my account. (I also accept cash, but I don't recommend sending it through the mail.) There is a $25.00 fee on bounced checks. Credit card purchases: I think this is still available through my art guild, although they have been difficult to deal with lately. They charge a commission, so I can't offer any discounts. They accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. *In-person sales:* If you are in the vicinity of Prince William County, Virginia, you may be able to save on shipping costs by visiting the studio. Hours are by appointment only. You can also make in-person purchases at one of the many art shows listed in the Exhibits schedule. Prices may vary somewhat, depending on the show. Most shows accept cash or check only. *Commissioned work:* Priced by the piece. A non-refundable downpayment (up to 1/2 the final price) is expected in most circumstances. Preliminaries will be provided upon request. Final payment is due upon approval of the finished work. To commission a work, contact Michele at myarcadia@juno.com for an estimate.
